DBOW Properties is a family owned and operated real estate rental company with our home office located in Farmington, MN. We own and maintain all of our own properties, so we are (literally) invested in our rental properties. Most of our rental properties are located in and around the Twin Cities South Metro area, including Apple Valley, Lakeville, Farmington, Rosemount, and Eagan. We also have long term, short term, and vacation rental properties in Ft. Lauderdale, Fort Myers, and Fort Myers Beach, FL.

Operating under the same ownership out of our office in Farmington, MN, Crest Exteriors is a general contracting company specializing in restoration and renovation. All of our home maintenance is done by our own staff, guaranteeing that the job is done right and by people we know and trust.
