A Sonos surround sound system that you can control from your phone plays throughout all of the common areas of the house and sun deck. Surveillance cameras are located near the front entry and at the back of the house. The security system alerts you when any doors are opened, which is great for families with children. Plenty of seating areas and lots of fridge and cabinet space. 

The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood on a beautiful canal lined with gorgeous homes and boats. Fish, dolphins and manatee visit the dock regularly. It is a simple drive to grocery stores, or you can have items delivered to the house.  

Less than 3 miles to the beach and boardwalk! There is a trolley stop near the house that will bring you directly to the beach. During some seasons, the water taxi is also available to pick you up right at the dock. If you prefer to walk, there are several nearby attractions to keep you entertained. Rent a car or take a taxi to other local activities like mini golf, shopping, and the beach.
