Gate Code: Dial 0245 at the gate and the owner will buzz you in. There will be a remote/clicker for you to use when you arrive in the unit.

Please return the key to the lock box at check out. DO NOT leave the key in the unit.

Designated carport #245 directly outside of building.

Register at office between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday for your parking permit. Weekend check ins can wait until Monday morning to register.

We supply a small amount of disposable items to make your check in more comfortable. If you need any refills during your stay, you will be responsible for purchasing them. If you are unsure, feel free to ask!

Please bring garbage to designated area in sealed garbage bags.

 You may have packages delivered during your stay. All major delivery services will have access to the gate. DBOW Properties is not responsible for any lost of stolen packages. 

It is your responsibility to review the rules for Heritage Pointe Association. Any rule violations may end your rental agreement, and any fines will be charged back to you. 

Gate remote fee is $50 if lost.

Key fee is $25 if lost.

Check out is at 10am. Please leave gate clicker and any other remotes in plain sight for our property managers to have them ready for our next guests. Be sure all windows and door are locked. 

Your cleaning fee goes to our team to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized. Any cleaning for messes left above normal wear and tear may be charged to you. Please leave the property how you found it.
